Plain facts

Where Wisp is today
Early. A first Chrome extension is being built and is not published yet.
Encryption
Planned, not built yet. The vault will be end-to-end encrypted before anyone should trust it with real secrets. Until then, treat anything stored as unencrypted.
Your data
The plan is local first, with optional sync to your own Google Drive. No Wisp account needed for the basics.
AI agents
Later, an MCP connection will let an AI agent use a login you allow, with an approval step. Not available yet.
Price
The vault is meant to be free. Paid plans are planned only for AI agent access, in-app AI and cloud storage.
Security review
Before Wisp says it is safe, it needs a written threat model and an outside review.
